FDI Telecom is a VoIP division of Fast Developers. Fast Developers has been working in the Telecommunications and Data Networks Industry since 1999. We started our business from Data Communication Services by establishing LANs, WANs and MANs for clients. FDI Telecom started its telecom services by providing call center solutions, Partnered International Call Termination, Calling Card platform and Web Call Services. Today FDI Telecom has own VoIP gateways installed in different countries of the world for provision of quality services.
FDI Telecom offers both wholesale termination and quality A-Z routing at very competitive prices. Our international long-distance is the core of our business, and we have multiple routes to each destination allowing us to route based on quality and rates and providing redundancy in case the primary carrier is unable to complete calls.
FDI Telecom core switching platform consists of a redundant carrier grade soft switches located in different countries; USA, Hong Kong and Germany. Switching platform of FDI Telecom support both H323 and SIP, and a variety of Voice Codec’s.
FDI Telecom provides 24X7 Customer Support to provide better services to the clients. The introduction of the CRM (clients relations control system) system has raised our company on qualitatively new level of mutual relations with
